The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier to provide annual on-site pipette calibration and certification of 7 pipettes at the Alabama Pesticide Residue Lab in Auburn, Alabama. The calibration must be ISO/IEC 17025 accredited and have a 12-month cycle, with no repairs unless otherwise noted. The pipettes to be calibrated include Eppendorf and Finnpipette models with various volume ranges. Suppliers must be registered in Alabama Buys and should log into the solicitation at the Public Solicitation site prior to the close date and time. • The pipettes to be calibrated are: • Eppendorf Pipette machines 100-1000ul SN:JG52037, SN R13137M • 200-2500 ul SN 3791532 • Finnpipette 200ul SN CJ09159 • 10-100ul SN HJ52466 • SN i30857N • SN 4377339 • Suppliers must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation. • The State of Alabama reserves the right to conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness for any or all bids.
