Description:
The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Education and Labor Cabinet, Department of Workers’ Claims, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide maintenance, support, and distribution of the Kentucky Workers’ Compensation Fee Schedule for Physicians. The selected vendor will be responsible for analyzing, revising, and updating the fee schedule, as well as providing unlimited consultation services to the Department of Workers’ Claims. The contract will be for a period of 24 months, with the option for renewal. • The vendor will provide maintenance, support, and distribution of the revised fee schedule, including ground rules. • The vendor will analyze, revise, and update the fee schedule to reflect current procedural terminology (CPT) and healthcare common procedure coding system (HCPCS) codes. • The vendor will provide statistical data concerning trends and changes to medical services and reimbursement methods. • The vendor will prepare a preliminary draft of the revised fee schedule and submit it to the Department of Workers’ Claims for review and approval.
