Citrus County is seeking bids for mowing and landscaping services for various properties in Zone 2. The services shall include routine finish mowing, trimming, weeding, edging, and litter pickup. The contract term is for two years with an option to renew for three additional one-year periods. Bidders must have at least two years of commercial mowing experience and provide adequate equipment, including commercial grade high-speed rotary mowers. • The services will be performed at various County maintained parks and properties located throughout Citrus County properties located in Zone 2. • The list of properties can be found in the Scope of Services, Exhibit A. • Bidders must attend one of the mandatory pre-bid conferences. • Bidders must submit a bid that includes all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, subcontractors, insurance, bonds, overhead, profit, and any other costs to perform the services.
