The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is seeking information on how a contractor could provide a 3-year, role-specific coaching program with annual certification processes for six groups of educators. The coaching program should be aligned with the DoDEA Coaching Model and include professional learning sessions, competency assessments, and facilitator preparation sessions. The program aims to build the capacity of educators to coach and support instructional improvement. The key deliverables include role-specific resources, digital modules, and evaluation and certification support. • The coaching program should be designed for six groups: HQ and Region Senior Leaders, District Leaders, Regional CIL Teams, HQ Team, Region and District SMEs, and School Leaders. • The program should include a blend of vendor-delivered sessions and facilitator preparation sessions. • The contractor should provide a detailed project plan, professional learning sessions, and evaluation and certification support. • The program should be aligned with the DoDEA Coaching Model and the latest edition of the book, Blended Coaching: Skills and Strategies to Support Principal Development.
