The Town of Lyons is seeking a consultant to prepare drawings, specifications, cost estimates, analysis, permitting, etc., for various upgrades at their Wastewater Treatment Facility. The upgrades are based on the recommendations from the Wastewater Treatment Facility Master Plan. The consultant will be responsible for designing the upgrades and ensuring that they meet the requirements of the Town and regulatory agencies. The project includes a pre-proposal conference, site visit, and submission of proposals. The Town will evaluate the proposals based on company and personnel qualifications, recent experience with similar projects, approach to scope of work, and other factors.
