The County of Maui is seeking bids for the furnishing and delivery of one new 4x4 4-door police vehicle (SUV) for the Maui Police Department. The vehicle must meet the minimum specifications outlined in the bid document, including a 2026 production year or newer, 4x4, 4-door, seating for 5, and various safety features. The bid must include all applicable taxes, except Federal Excise Tax, and delivery charges F.O.B. MAUI POLICE DEPARTMENT. The successful bidder must produce a Tax Clearance Certificate, DLIR Certificate of Compliance, and Certificate of Good Standing from the DCCA. • The vehicle must be delivered fully assembled and operational as specified. • The bidder must submit the completed offer form and questionnaire (if applicable) through the Public Purchase Website. • The County of Maui reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers and to waive any minor or inadvertent discrepancy in the bid documents. • The contract shall be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, based on the lowest NET TOTAL OUTRIGHT PURCHASE PRICE.
