The City of Asheville Water Resources Department is seeking proposals from qualified service providers for the service and maintenance of the GE IFIX software and systems used to power the department’s Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. The system services three water treatment plants and a water distribution system, including 35 tanks and 41 pump stations, and includes a historian that stores and processes data from these systems.
