Columbus Public Health is seeking proposals to for medical laboratory services for the testing of clinical specimens. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified laboratories that are CLIA certified and able to provide laboratory services that meet the needs of Columbus Public Health staff and clients.
