The project involves the demolition and disposal of the existing temporary wall and support structure, as well as the design and construction of a new permanent wall and support structure at the Denison Powerhouse in Denison, TX. The contractor will be required to commence work within 10 days after Notice to Proceed and complete the work within 730 days. The contract will be awarded under the best value continuum using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable process. • The project includes the demolition and disposal of the existing temporary wall and support structure. • The project includes the demolition and disposal of the existing wood plank flooring and support structure at the Generator Room Level. • The project includes the design and construction of a floor grating system on the Generator Room Level. • The project includes the design and construction of a new structurally independent permanent wall and support structure on the north side of the powerhouse. • The contractor will be required to commence work within 10 days after Notice to Proceed. • The contractor will be required to complete the work within 730 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
