The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) is seeking a contractor to provide alarm programming and monitoring services for its various office locations throughout California. The contract will be for a period of three years with an optional fourth year. The contractor will be responsible for providing 24/7 monitoring of intrusion detection and panic button alarm systems. The contractor must be licensed by the State of California's Bureau of Security and Investigative Services to install, service, and maintain burglar alarm systems for commercial properties within the State of California. The contractor must also be an authorized Bosch security dealer. • The contractor will provide programming and monitoring services for CDTFA's office locations. • The contractor must comply with all applicable health and safety laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide three business references. • The contractor must adhere to all State laws safeguarding the confidentiality of State data and information. • The contractor must ensure that all personnel, including replacement and substitute personnel and subcontractors, submit to and clear a criminal background check via fingerprinting and completion of a Personal History Statement.
