The Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is seeking professional design services for the repair of the roof, walls, and doors of the Freezer building at the Woodward Resource Center's Central Distribution Center (CDC). The selected firm will be responsible for evaluating the freezers, designing repairs, and providing construction administration services. The project includes a pre-proposal conference, design kick-off meeting, and construction phase services. The firm will be required to provide a lump sum price for the services, including all reimbursable expenses. The selected firm will also be required to provide proof of professional liability insurance in the amount of $2 million.
