The Maritime Administration is seeking a contractor to provide career services and workforce development support to the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA). The contractor will provide individualized support to undergraduates, personalized support to seniors, bi-annual written assessments of afloat job availability, and annual reports to USMMA/MARAD. The contractor will also manage a graduate database, provide information dissemination services, and coordinate career fair visits.
