The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is seeking a contractor to provide Information Technology (IT) advisory, research, and analysis services. The contractor will provide subscription/licenses that offer IT advisory, research, and analysis services, including strategic and tactical information technology, supply chain and grocery retail technology research, and on-going analyst advice and support. The scope of work includes providing IT research documents, hosting analyst webinars, facilitating technology discussions, and sharing peer networking opportunities. The contractor will deliver services from their location via telephone, email, and knowledge portal, with a period of performance of one base year and four option years. • The contractor will provide IT Team Leader Advisor Services and IT Team Member Advisor Services. • The services will be delivered through a knowledge portal, telephone, and email. • The contractor will provide research documents, analyst webinars, and technology discussions. • The period of performance is one base year and four option years. • The contractor will be required to provide all deliverables in accordance with the statement of work.
