The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is seeking a ridership, run-time, and on-time performance analysis and reporting solution to plan and optimize routes. The system will facilitate National Transportation Database (NTD) reporting of bus and rail ridership. The contractor will be responsible for providing a software solution that meets the requirements outlined in the scope of work. The contract will be for a period of 3 years, with options to extend for up to 3 additional years. • The solution must be able to analyze ridership data and provide reports on run-time and on-time performance. • The solution must be able to integrate with existing RTD systems and provide real-time data. • The contractor must provide training and support for RTD staff. • The contractor must ensure that the solution is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. • The solution must be able to handle large amounts of data and provide scalable solutions. • The contractor must provide a detailed project plan and timeline. • The contractor must provide a list of key personnel and their qualifications. • The contractor must provide references from previous clients.
