The City of East Point is seeking bids from qualified contractors for a 2-year Pavement Maintenance Service Agreement. The agreement will cover the maintenance of pavements in the City of East Point, Georgia. The City is looking for a contractor who can provide high-quality pavement maintenance services, including but not limited to, asphalt repair, concrete repair, and other related services. The contractor will be required to have the necessary experience, equipment, and personnel to perform the work. The City will evaluate the bids based on the lowest price, experience, and qualifications of the contractor. • The contract will be for a period of 2 years with an option to renew for an additional 3 years. • The contractor will be required to provide a certificate of insurance and a business license. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
