The City of Albany is seeking bids for the general construction of the Albany South Community Center. The project includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and other means of construction necessary for the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in the specifications. The project is expected to commence by June 1, 2025, and reach substantial completion on or before December 19, 2025.
