Description:
The County of Maui is seeking a contractor to provide custodial and grounds maintenance services for the Maui Police Department from August 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. The services include daily cleaning of restrooms, locker rooms, executive offices, general office areas, lobby area, exercise/training room, elevators, storage areas, and windows. The contractor will also be responsible for grounds maintenance, including mowing and trimming of lawn areas, string trimming, hedge trimming, weeding, and cleaning of sidewalks. The contract may be extended by two additional one-year terms, upon mutual agreement in writing. • Daily cleaning of restrooms, locker rooms, and executive offices • Weekly cleaning of general office areas and lobby area • Monthly cleaning of exercise/training room and elevators • Quarterly hedge trimming and fertilizing of lawns and plantings • Maintenance and repair of automatic irrigation system
