The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide P-63 and C-47A aerial static demonstration services for the Travis AFB Wings over Solano Airshow. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary for the static demonstration. The contractor must arrive on or before 23 April 2026 and depart no later than 8:00 AM on 27 April 2026. The contractor will be required to provide a static aircraft display showcasing one P-63 and one C-47A in U.S. military livery. The contractor will also be required to coordinate all relevant airshow planning and implementation activities with the Travis Airshow Team. • The contractor must provide a pilot with an active surface level aerobatic waiver and a surface unrestricted level I Statement of Competency (SAC) card. • The contractor must provide aircraft in legacy warbird livery as used in historic operations. • The contractor must provide sufficient personnel, equipment, and materials to perform as a static display. • The contractor must coordinate all aspects of the arrival/departure, static demonstration, and parking plan with the Travis Airshow Team.
