The Treasury Common Services Center (TCSC) intends to contract with Leased Housing Developers Company for facility maintenance and improvements on a sole source basis. The required services include maintenance and improvements of the existing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system, electrical system, elevators, wall coverings, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
