The New Mexico Military Institute is seeking to procure the Ellucian Colleague Student Information System (SIS) and associated HR and Finance modules. The scope of work includes deployment of the full Ellucian Colleague SIS, data migration from Ellucian PowerCampus, development of system integrations, testing, configuration, user training, and go-live support. The contractor will also provide continued support and maintenance for the duration of the contract. The key requirements for the contractor include the ability to provide continued support for PowerCampus, a guaranteed and supported migration pathway, access to proprietary PowerCampus data structures, and the capability to develop institutional integrations. • The contract term is from January 2026 to June 2031. • The estimated contract amount is $3,556,991.00. • The contractor must be able to meet the 18-month implementation timeline. • The contractor must be able to provide a unique implementation pathway that allows the Institute to continue operating its current PowerCampus environment without requiring a second, parallel license during the transition.
