The Oregon Military Department is seeking bids for the COUTES Wash Rack & Oil/Water Separator and Storm Water Improvements project. The project involves the construction of a wash rack and oil/water separator, as well as storm water improvements, at the Central Oregon Unit Equipment Storage (COUTES) facility in Redmond, Oregon.
