Description:
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Nashville District is seeking a firm fixed-price commercial services contract for the rental, erecting, and dismantling of scaffolding systems at the Pickwick Lock. The scaffolding systems will include two separate stair tower scaffolding systems and four scaffold work platforms with pick boards, handrails, toe boards, and access walkways. The contractor will be responsible for building and placing the scaffolding systems under the direction of the Lock Master or Technical POC. The USACE will provide crane, crane operator, and qualified rigging personnel to stage equipment. • The scaffolding systems must be anchored into concrete walls and floors with masonry anchors. • The contractor must provide photographs of the Pickwick Lock for informational purposes only and respond to questions from industry. • The contract will be awarded to the offeror that provides the best value to the government. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to receive a government contract award. • The contractor must have their representations and certifications available online in SAM or provide them with their quote to receive a government contract award.
