The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, is seeking a contractor to provide Common Support Equipment (CSE) and Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) in support of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Spanish Armada and Norwegian Defense H-60 Programs. The contractor will be responsible for manufacturing, assembling, and producing the End Items of PSE as outlined in the provided tables. The equipment includes AN/AQS-22 TA I/R HOIST and MMR R/T SLED. The contractor must provide a firm fixed price for the procurement of the parts outlined in the tables. • The contractor shall provide material and services as required to manufacture, assemble, test, inspect, and deliver the Support Equipment. • The contractor shall have in place a production quality assurance (QA) system to ensure that manufactured configuration items are built to print, functional, and reliably made. • The contractor shall assign a serial number for each PSE end item. • The contractor shall preserve and pack materiel in accordance with ASTM D3951-18 and require same by vendors and subcontractors. • The contractor shall transport all shipments in accordance with the Defense Transportation Regulation, DTR DOD 4500.9-R, Part II.
