The City of South Fulton is seeking proposals from qualified firms and individuals to provide standby architectural and engineering services. The scope of services includes providing technical, professional, architectural, and engineering planning services. Proposers must demonstrate their experience and qualifications in similar environments and provide a detailed narrative explaining how they intend to perform the required services. The City reserves the right to reject any proposal that fails to comply with the requirements of the RFP. • The proposal must include a company profile and qualifications, project approach and methodology, staffing plan and key personnel, and past performance information. • The City will evaluate proposals based on qualitative and price factors, and may conduct discussions or clarifications as permitted by law. • The contract will be awarded to the proposer with the best overall technical and cost proposal that complies with the provisions of the RFP. • The contract will be for a period of 90 calendar days from the proposal submission deadline.
