The Aviation and Missile Technology Consortium (AMTC) is seeking Enhanced Whitepapers under the AMTC RWP in accordance with the AMTC-25-04 Objective Requirements Document (ORD). The AMTC is comprised of the National Armaments Consortium (NAC) and the Vertical Lift Consortium (VLC), and has partnered with the U.S. Army's Combat Capabilities Development Command, Aviation & Missile Center and the Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) to develop innovative aviation and missile technologies. The Government anticipates it may seek follow-on production without the use of competitive procedures for successfully completed prototype projects.
