The Clay Arsenal Community Development Corporation (CACDC) is soliciting a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified Architectural and Engineering firms for the Beacon Commons and Walnut & Edwards Corners mixed-use development projects located in the Clay Arsenal neighborhood of Hartford, CT 06103. The projects involve the construction of a four-story, 33-unit mixed-income condominium building and up to 140 residential units. The selected firm will be responsible for providing architectural and engineering services for the projects.
