Description:
The Escambia County Board of County Commissioners is seeking a professional firm to provide Design Criteria and Construction, Engineering, and Inspection (CEI) services for the new fire station on Kingsfield Road. The selected firm will provide CEI services during the Design-Build process and warranty management services for one year after completion. The Design-Build firm will be hired under a separate solicitation and will complete the design and construction of the project.
