The City of Richmond, Virginia, is seeking a new computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to replace its current system, Mainsaver. The CMMS should enhance operational efficiency, asset management, work order tracking, and regulatory compliance. The solution should be a cloud-based SaaS, highly configurable, and meet all technical and functional requirements specified in the RFP. The contractor will provide software, configuration and implementation services, ongoing maintenance, training, and support services for the CMMS.
