The Dracut Water Supply District is seeking bids for the construction of the Tyngsborough Wellfield WTP PFAS Expansion. The project involves the construction of a new 2.65 MGD PFAS WTP housing PFAS filter vessels, modified and new site piping, site work for drainage, water, sewer, gas, electrical, and all site/civil surface finishes. The project also includes related work to integrate the new PFAS WTP building with the existing WTP facility. • The project requires compliance with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection Diesel Retrofit Program. • The project is funded by a loan from the Massachusetts Clean Water Trust/State Revolving Fund loan program. • The project is subject to Build America, Buy America (BABA) requirements and the American Iron and Steel (AIS) requirement. • A non-mandatory pre-Bid conference will be held at the site on January 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
