The Army is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance, hot and cold inspections, temperature uniformity surveys, system accuracy tests, calibration documentation, technical support, and emergency repair for two government-owned furnace systems located at Anniston Army Depot in Alabama. The contractor will be required to perform these services on an as-needed basis, with hot and cold inspections and uniformity surveys performed twice a year. The contractor must also provide on-call emergency services effective upon contract award. • The furnace systems consist of two vacuum furnaces and all components required to make them function properly, including instrumentation, programmable logic controllers, programming, power supplies, chillers, and vacuum pumps. • The contractor must submit responses through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module. • The equipment is located in building 128 at Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, AL 36201-4119.
