The Greenville Electric Utility System (GEUS) is seeking a provider for miscellaneous equipment rental services for Fiscal Year 25-26. The rental equipment includes forklifts, sky tracks, excavation equipment, air compressors, and hand tools. The selected vendor must provide a current rate schedule for miscellaneous equipment and tool rentals, including hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly rental rates, minimum rental periods, and any additional fees or charges. The contract will be in effect from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026. • The vendor must have approved insurance documents and up-to-date vendor forms on file with the GEUS Purchasing Office prior to beginning any work. • The vendor must commit to upholding the pricing submitted with this bid for the Fiscal Year 25-26, with no price escalation allowed during the term of the contract. • The vendor must provide and maintain the required types and amounts of insurance, including general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation. • The vendor must agree to the terms and conditions of the contract, including the anti-collusion statement and the secondary/alternate award agreement confirmation.
