The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide custodial services at Nellis AFB Air Force Base in Nevada. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to maintain satisfactory facility conditions and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, from December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2030. The contractor must be a participant in the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program and must submit a quality control plan that addresses the Performance Work Statement. • The contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform the custodial services. • The contractor must maintain satisfactory facility conditions and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. • The contractor must be a participant in the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program. • The contractor must submit a quality control plan that addresses the Performance Work Statement. • The contractor must provide past performance information, including a list of recent and relevant contracts and a completed past performance questionnaire. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Service Contract Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
