The City of Boulder is seeking a Vendor to provide an Online Community Engagement Platform that can accomplish the functionalities identified in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The selected Vendor will be responsible for implementing the software, providing training, and offering data migration solutions. The City is looking for a platform that is user-friendly, data-driven, and can reduce staff workload. The platform should also be able to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data, improve equity, integrate with other digital tools, and scale citywide. Some of the key features required include automated and reliable analysis of data, robust reporting options, multi-language and digital accessibility, and more flexible integration options with other City-owned digital systems. • The platform should support single sign-on and two-factor authentication • The platform should have a mobile-friendly design and access • The City should have ownership of all data produced or amended during its use of the software • The platform should comply with data ethics and privacy standards • The Vendor should provide deployment leadership, business process assessment, configuration planning, system configuration, data conversion, hardware implementation, training, launch readiness, go-live, and post-go-live support
