The City of West Sacramento is seeking bids for the Fire Station 44 Facility Repairs Phase 2 project. The project includes exterior upgrades to facilitate a secure parking area for Fire Department staff, such as demo and stump removal, fencing, concrete installation, and exterior building repairs. A mandatory site walk is scheduled for prospective bidders. The city reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. • The project requires a contractor to perform various tasks, including mobilization, demolition, permit drawings and submittal, fencing, concrete installation, and exterior building repairs. • The contractor must submit a proposal, including a cost proposal using an electronic pricing table, and must remain valid for at least 90 business days after the proposal due date. • The city requires the contractor to have all necessary business and professional licenses and certifications to complete the scope of work. • The contractor must comply with all terms and instructions of the ITB, and all applicable state and local laws and regulations.
