The Town of Mooresville is seeking vendors to provide carpet and hard surface floor cleaning services on an as-needed basis. The selected vendor(s) must meet the specifications outlined in the scope of work, including steam cleaning of carpeted floors, area rugs, and upholstery, as well as cleaning and polishing of concrete and vinyl floors. The vendor will be required to submit a qualifications package, including a scope of work, price list, certificate of insurance, and other documents. The town reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time without reason. • The scope of work includes carpet cleaning, area rug cleaning, concrete floor cleaning, vinyl floor cleaning, and upholstery cleaning. • The vendor must be able to work during off-hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. • The vendor must be able to provide a certificate of insurance listing the Town of Mooresville as an additional insured. • The vendor must be able to provide a completed Authorized Signatory Form and other required documents.
