The Wichita Falls Independent School District (WFISD) is seeking a qualified Architect, Engineering and Related Services firm to provide preliminary design and consulting services, construction documents, and construction administration services on an as-needed basis. The selected vendor will be utilized for a period of one year with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods, for a maximum of five years. The firm will be required to demonstrate its resources, experience, and qualifications to guide the District through various projects related to general facility-related projects and/or food service-related projects. • The firm must have experience in school district projects or similar projects. • The firm must have a strong understanding of the District's needs and be able to provide quality services. • The firm must be able to work on an as-needed basis and provide services in a timely and efficient manner. • The firm must be able to demonstrate its ability to work with the District's staff and stakeholders. • The firm must be able to provide a comprehensive approach to the projects, including pre-design, building design, construction documents, bidding documents, construction, and project close-out and warranty service.
