Description:
The Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) is seeking to purchase a sole source contract for CACFP training software from Brighton Training Group, LLC. The contract includes a licensing fee for hosting, maintenance, and help desk support for 3,000 end users and access to 29 interactive training modules specific to the operation of the USDA's Child Nutrition Programs. The training platform will be used to automate and track course completion records by CNP sponsors and will save OSPI time and money spent on developing, delivering, and tracking CNP training. The contract has a proposed purchase amount of $104,750 and will run from July 26, 2025, to July 25, 2026. • The training software must be fully automated, interactive, and compliant with Section 508 of the Americans with Disabilities Act. • The software must be able to track course completion records by CNP sponsors and provide access to 29 interactive training modules. • The contract includes a one-time fee and an annual licensing fee. • The training platform will be incorporated into OSPI's Canvas training portal for easy navigation. • The contract will save OSPI time and money spent on developing, delivering, and tracking CNP training.
