The Defense Human Resources Activity is conducting market research to identify parties interested in providing services for the Defense Sexual Assault Incident Database (DSAID) Defense Business System. The system requires technical support, functional ability, policy compliance, data management, system training, and communications. The contractor will be responsible for managing the DSAID, performing system maintenance and enhancements, ensuring data security and compliance, and providing support for the Authority to Operate (ATO) process. • Perform management of the DSAID and provide advanced future development and daily support. • Provide full support for system maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades to all applications and software. • Provide necessary support, information, and documentation to the Government to ensure information assurance requirements are met and ATO status is maintained. • Maintain all hardware and software components necessary to ensure DSAID remains operational 24/7/365.
