Description:
The County of Northampton is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, install, test, and commission a new Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system at the Emergency Operations Center and 911 Center. The selected vendor shall provide a turnkey solution including equipment, installation, testing, documentation, and training. The project requires the replacement of the existing UPS system to ensure continued reliability of emergency communications. The vendor must demonstrate experience in conducting efforts of the nature and scope required by this request for proposal. • The UPS system must be an Eaton model as specified in the RFP. • The vendor must provide a minimum one (1) year warranty covering all installation labor, workmanship, and materials from the date of final acceptance. • The vendor must conduct training sessions for County personnel on system operation, routine maintenance, and emergency response procedures. • The vendor must provide complete operation and maintenance manuals for the installed system. • The vendor must ensure the system remains operational at all times throughout the project.
