The City of Kalispell, Montana is seeking bids for the Lift Station 36 Replacement Project. The project involves furnishing materials, labor, and equipment required to install a new 1,100 gpm self-priming centrifugal pump lift station, trenching and installing 700 feet of 10-inch force main, bypass pumping, abandoning an existing lift station and connections to existing sewer mains. • The project requires registration with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry. • Bidders must accompany their bid with a bid security in the amount of 10% of the bid amount. • The successful bidder will be required to furnish an acceptable security for the full amount of the contract and abide by Federal and State laws, particularly Section 18-2-401 et seq., M.C.A. (Montana Prevailing Wage Rates). • The City will accept the lowest responsible bid and reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
