The U.S. Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (USDA APHIS) is seeking a contractor to provide the Dataworks Customer Care Program for Freezerworks Sample Management Software. The program includes technical support, maintenance releases, and upgrades for the software used in the BioArchive Storage (BAS) Facility in Fort Collins, Colorado. The contractor will be responsible for providing support during normal working hours, responding to customer inquiries, and issuing periodic maintenance releases and program upgrades. • The contract will be for a base period of 12 months with options to renew for up to four additional years. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have a unique entity identifier. • The contractor must provide a quote that includes all costs, including overhead, general and administrative costs, profit, insurance, and transportation. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, employment, and environmental protection.
