Description:
The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement is seeking proposals for a CJIS compliant investigation case management software. The software should be able to support the management of complaints and investigations, ensure data security, and improve reporting and reduce manual processes. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing the software, licensing, and associated services, including project management, implementation, and ongoing maintenance and support. The contract will be for a term of 3 years, with an option to extend for an additional 2 years. • The software must be able to integrate with existing systems, including Central Square One Solution RMS and ArcGIS Online. • The vendor must provide a comprehensive support and maintenance plan, including user support, software updates, and patch deployment. • The vendor must also provide training and documentation for City staff. • The City is committed to centralizing and warehousing data, and the selected vendor must be able to provide data access, interoperability, and adherence to City data standards.
