Kennedy International Airport – Roof Reconstruction of Building 254. Estimate Range: $5M - $10M. Bids Due: Tuesday, March 17, 2026. The work under this contract consists generally of performing roof reconstruction including removal and replacement of existing roofing system, asbestos abatement, rehabilitation of roof-mounted electrical, electronics, plumbing, and mechanical equipment, accessories and related work at Building 254 and vicinity thereof at John F. Kennedy International Airport, Queens, New York. This project may be federally funded in whole or in part.
