The County of Volusia is seeking a single, responsive and responsible bidder for the construction of VILLAGE GATEWAY PLAZA PARTIAL ROOF REPLACEMENT. The project involves the demolition and repair of an existing sloped metal roof, including the removal of the existing EPDM membrane roof and rigid insulation systems, and the installation of a new thermoplastic single-ply roof membrane.
