Budget Estimate (AI):

$100,000 – $500,000

The document does not specify a payment amount, but based on the scope of work and the fact that it's a laboratory service, the payment could be in the range of $100,000 to $500,000. This estimate is based on the assumption that the contractor will need to perform a significant amount of testing and analysis, and the government is willing to pay a premium for the specialized services.
