Quality Assurance/Quality Control
At each stage along the project cycle, it is important that deliverables are functioning as intended and meet the requirements of the project. Contractor’s Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) team must perform rigorous testing, ensuring these standards are met before any handoff to III-RP.
SUPPORT
Post-launch is the most crucial part of the project. Once developed and deployed, it’s important to maintain ongoing support to ensure the III-RP website is secure and up-to-date. An ongoing maintenance plan can be contracted to support WordPress core and plugin updates and maintain those code updates. Maintenance plans will also scan site for any accessibility issues and broken content links. Contractor must be available to help with any technical issues or bugs at time and materials.
In addition to development measures to harden WordPress, it’s also important to maintain regular updates for WordPress and its plugins. Contractor must provide plans for monthly maintenance to support regular updates and ongoing site monitoring that includes security features.
