The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) is seeking competitive bids for the purchase and delivery of one (1) Telescopic Boom Lift to be delivered to the Central Shop located in Lake City, Florida. The awarded vendor shall provide new, unused equipment that meets or exceeds the specifications outlined in Appendix I. • The vendor is responsible for the delivery and offloading of the equipment to the FFS Central Shop in Lake City, Florida. • Vendors may submit pricing for one or both models, or an equivalent that meets all required specifications. • The Department reserves the right to add or reduce any item, and the assigned purchase order shall be the official determination for final quantities. • The vendor must include two (2) complete manuals for the equipment, including repair, parts, and service information. • The vendor must provide a warranty that meets or exceeds the manufacturer's standard warranty for the State of Florida and municipalities.
