The Head Start of Greater Dallas, Inc. is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for at least one year, with options for two additional one-year periods. The selected contractor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and reports to satisfactorily perform janitorial services at the Wanda Meshack Smith Administrative Office, located at 3954 Gannon Lane, Dallas, Texas 75237-2919. The contractor will be expected to maintain the building's cleanliness, including daily and periodic services such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning restrooms, offices, and common areas. The contract will be a one-year fixed-price contract, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods. • The contractor will be responsible for performing daily and periodic services, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning restrooms, offices, and common areas. • The contractor will be expected to maintain the building's cleanliness, including removing trash, restocking paper supplies, and sanitizing surfaces. • The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and labor to perform the janitorial services. • The contractor will be expected to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including OSHA safety and health regulations and EPA guidelines. • The contractor will be required to provide proof of liability insurance, workers' compensation insurance, and other required proof of insurance.
