Description:
The Office of the Assessor-Treasurer is requesting proposals for an estimated annual provision of approximately 300 to 400 title reports. The selected vendor will be required to provide title reports that include all interests in, encumbrances, or liens of record upon the property, as well as other relevant information. The vendor must be able to deliver reports in a timely manner and provide electronic copies in a text-enabled PDF format. The contract period is anticipated to be for 12 months, with the option to renew for an additional four years. • The vendor must be able to provide title reports that meet the specified requirements, including all interests in, encumbrances, or liens of record upon the property. • The vendor must be able to deliver reports in a timely manner, with a maximum turnaround time of 30 days for 30 or more title reports. • The vendor must be able to provide electronic copies of title reports in a text-enabled PDF format. • The vendor must be able to accommodate requests for updated or supplemental title reports within 12 months of the original request. • The vendor must be able to issue an owner's policy based on the commitment within 60 days of receiving a request from the County.
