The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the Horicon National Wildlife Refuge in Wisconsin. The contract will include a base year and four option periods, subject to available funding. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and labor to perform the required services. A site visit is highly encouraged and expected for a realistic and reasonable quote. The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, executive orders, rules, and regulations. • The contract is a 100% Women-Owned Small Business set-aside, firm-fixed price contract. • The period of performance is from 03/23/2026 to 03/22/2027, with option periods from 03/23/2027 to 03/22/2031. • The contractor must provide janitorial services, including cleaning and maintenance of the refuge's facilities. • The contractor must comply with all safety and health regulations, including OSHA standards. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and bonding, as required by the contract.
